Maple Sugar
In small batches, through heating and stirring, 100% pure maple syrup is made into 100% pure maple sugar. That's it. No chemicals, bleaches, additives or anything else that may be found or used in other popular sweeteners. Maple sugar can be used to bring a little maple flavor to coffee, tea, ice cream or almost anything. It can be used in cooking and baking instead of white or brown sugar in a 1:1 ratio.
Maple Cotton Candy
We use our 100% Pure Maple Sugar and combine it with pure cane sugar, to make our Maple Cotton Candy. At our shop, each batch is carefully spun and immediately packed into its airtight container. There are no artificial dyes, colorings, or flavors. It has an airy, sweet and mild maple flavor. You don’t have to wait for the fair to enjoy the nostalgic indulgence of cotton candy!
