We recently had our Master’s Maple Annual Maple Seminar where Patrick led a group discussion on proper tapping methods, placement, and new tapping products. Ben gave an update on the tapper’s Co-Op for the upcoming sap season, and they finished up the night teaching the group about making maple sugar candies.

If you’re looking for a maple syrup a little less traditional, but just as delicious, our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup may be the perfect choice for you. We partner with a Minnesota distillery, Harmony Spirits, to bring you the best maple syrup in the state. Our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup is still pure maple syrup, but aged in bourbon barrels to impart a sweet, oaky, bourbon flavor.
